Synthetic Turf

synthetic turf is a surface constructed from synthetic material meant to appear to be natural grass. It's frequently used in stadiums for sports which were initially or are usually performed on turf. Although, it's now used on housing lawns and business applications too. The reason is routine maintenance - artificial turf avoids heavy use, for example in sports, and needs no cleansing or cutting. Domed, covered, and partly covered arenas may need synthetic grass due to the impossibility of getting turf sufficient sun light to keep healthy.
